HA International Business and Policy Development Center provides services in various national and international funding programs including grantee opportunities investigation, proposal file preparation and project execution consultation for the institutions already obtained right to finance with respect to the needs of private sector, civil society organizations and government institutions.

Our consulting process, which starts with the meeting of the project owners for a common purpose, is comprised of proposal development and project designing. Project proposals for the grant programs of European Union, Development Agencies, “TÜBİTAK”, “KOSGEB”, various ministries, consulates and all other national and international institutions are prepared by our experts.

In this process, after the approval of the proposal submitted to the relevant authorities, project execution consulting service is provided in the implementation phase to carry out the activities with the relevant legislation and procedures.
